    These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Bombe platform ("Bombe", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

    By accessing or using Bombe, you agree to these Terms.

    1. About Bombe

    Bombe is an educational software platform designed for use by teachers and educational professionals to create, manage, and plan question papers.

    2. Eligibility

    Bombe is intended solely for use by:

    • Teachers
    • Educational professionals
    • Authorised staff of partner schools or institutions

    You must be authorised by your school or organisation to use the Platform.

    Bombe is not intended for direct use by students.

    3. Pilot Programme Status

    Bombe is currently provided on a pilot basis.

    During the pilot phase:

    • Access may be limited or invitation-only
    • Features may change
    • The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
    • No service level guarantees are provided

    4. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
    • Ensuring your account is used only by you
    • Notifying us of any unauthorised access

    You must not share your account with others unless explicitly authorised by your organisation and permitted by us.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
    • Upload content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
    • Upload identifiable student personal data
    • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform
    • Use the Platform to distribute malicious software

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

    6. Teacher-Created Content

    You retain ownership of the content you create within Bombe, including:

    • Question papers
    • Questions
    • Planning notes

    By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

    You are responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded does not infringe third-party rights.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in the Bombe Platform, including software, branding, and design, are owned by or licensed to us.

    These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than the right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

    8. Data Protection

    Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

    You agree not to upload identifiable student personal data to the Platform.

    9. Availability

    We aim to provide reliable access to Bombe but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

    The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the pilot phase.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
    • We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, or data

    Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform:

    • If you breach these Terms
    • If the pilot programme ends
    • At our discretion during the pilot phase

    You may stop using the Platform at any time.

    12. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time.

    Where changes are material, we will notify users. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
